Monsignor Vincenzo Paglia, the first clergyman to enter communist Albania in the 90s, confessed that he had a meeting with the President of that time, Ramiz Ali.

Monsignor Vincenzo Paglia stated in an interview with journalist Blendi Fevziu that he was the one who proposed a meeting to RamiZ Ali.

He said that Ramiz Alia was moved by his request for the revival of the Albanian people and his proposal to open the academy of priests was like a key to open the closed gate.
