The former Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ditmir Bushati, in an open lecture with the students of the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences, spoke about the work of SPAK.

Former minister Bushati emphasized the constitutional guarantees, as he said that justice should be the governing spirit, as well as should guide political and social action.

"We need fair and honest judgments from these processes that you refer to. Legal responsibilities may be personal, but from these legal processes that are carried out at the doors of the courts, it is important that society benefits and that justice gradually turns into a governing spirit. For me, justice is not just the decision that the judge gives in the courtroom. For me, the concept of justice should be a governing spirit, it should guide political and social action".

He stated that if SPAK manages to contribute to this, it will be a very valuable service to the country.
