Invited to the "Now" show with Erla Mëhilli, the journalist stated that with the new reform, the municipality of Kukës will merge with the municipality of Has, between Puka and Fushë-Arrëz.
"Mr. Spahia, the new reform that you are doing is being discussed. An element that you can have too. It is being discussed, for example, I will take a case. Kukës will be merged with Hasi, it will be a municipality. Puka will be merged with Fushë-Arrëz.
