The government approves funds/ Over one million euros for religious communities

The government approved today the decision to distribute more than 1 million euros available to religious communities in Albania.

The funds will be distributed to the Muslim Community of Albania, the Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Albania, the Catholic Church and the World Patriarchate.

The Muslim community of Albania benefits from the amount of 33 million ALL, while the Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Albania benefits from 26 million ALL.

According to the government's decision, signed by Prime Minister Rama, the Catholic Church in Albania receives the sum of 26 million ALL.

The fund approved by the government will be transferred to the accounts of religious representatives within this month./ CNA.al
