The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana gave the claim for Prince Leka, Elia Zaharia and her father, Gjergj Zaharia, who on March 25 of this year were involved in an act of violence, which also led to the official divorce between the royal couple.

The prosecution has been more lenient with Elia Zaharian, for whom it requested 6 months in prison and 1 year for her father.

On the other hand, he asked for one year and six months in prison for Prince Leka.

The prosecution requested that the sentence of all three be converted to probation if they are found guilty by the court.

The decision of the Court of Tirana will be given on December 13 by judge Migena Laska.

All three are accused of the crime of "domestic violence". Prince Leka, Elia Zaharia and Gjergj Zaharia were tried with the summary trial procedure.

The video of the violence, which became viral on the network, was recorded inside the Royal Palace on "Murat Toptani" street on the afternoon of March 5, 2024.

Meanwhile, on April 25, the Court of Tirana decided to dissolve the marriage crown between Prince Leka and the well-known actress.
