They appropriated about 14 dynym of land in Himare/ 2.7 million euros of assets

The Prosecutor's Office of Vlora decided to seize 13,750 m2 of land, which is worth 2,750,000 euros.

The investigations proved that the land in the village of Gjilek in the Municipality of Himara was registered with ASHK Vlorë with forged documents.

For the acquisition of this property, the security measure "Arrest with prison" was imposed for the citizen with the initials EM, as well as the security measure "House arrest" for the citizen LM, sister and brother.

From the acts administered during the investigation, it was proven that the sister and brother have committed the criminal offense of "Forgery of documents", committed more than once and in cooperation, "Forgery of seals, stamps and forms", committed more than once times and in cooperation, as well as "Cleaning of the products of the criminal offense or criminal activity", carried out in cooperation.

" For the registration of the property, the citizen LM initiated an administrative judicial process at the Court of First Administrative Instance Vlora, where she requested the registration of the entire surface according to property document AMTP no. 9859. In the administrative trial, on the part of the citizens EM and LM, are used forged documents, Form no. 6 and AMTP.

Forged documents were used in some institutions by the persons under investigation, such as; Vlora District Council; Himara municipality; in the judicial process developed at the Administrative Court of First Instance Vlora and then at the former ZVRPP Vlora (today ASHK).

From the investigation, it was proven that, after registration, numerous actions, divisions, transactions/sales were carried out on the property, passing most of the total area of ??13,750m2 to third parties. At the time of carrying out the above actions, the EM citizen was in the position of surveyor of Himara Municipality.

Likewise, the investigations proved that after the registration with the former ZVRPP Vlora of the area of ??13,700 m2, legal actions were carried out on this property in order to hide/cover up the illegal nature of the acquired property by means of forged documents.

A part of this property remained in the co-ownership of EM and LM citizens, while out of the total area of ??13,750 m2, an area of ??7,050 m2 was sold ," announced the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora./ CNA
