Journalist Anduena Llabani spoke about the latest developments, the arrest of Jamarbër Malltez and the accusations against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha for passive corruption.

Invited to the show "Task Force" with journalist Sonila Meçon, Llabani said that the courts and the prosecution should not be political.

The journalist raises questions that if the "allaBerisha" standard is followed, what will happen to the incinerators, other concessions or the towers that are being built in Tirana.

If there is such a standard, why is Ilir Beqaj being saved, who is included in the 100 million euro sterilization concession.

Journalist Anduena Llabani, analyzing the latest political situations in the country, including the 'Partizani' file, has stated that the courts are politically dependent.

Invited to the 'Task Force' with Sonila Meçon on Syri TV, Llabani raises questions about what will have to happen with the concessions and VKM in which many high officials are involved, if the case of the 'Partizani' file is too serious easy in comparison.

"Today we have Mr. Berisha being charged when in fact we are not dealing with an act of corruption, we are not dealing with a criminal offense, we are not dealing with profits, we are not dealing with losses that the state had at that time as a result of this.

We are at this point and return to the standard. What happens to the VKMs that were given to the republican guard where state officials are involved?

What happens to the towers that are built by the lake? What happens to the tower in Tirana where it is said that it will be built or demolished, will it be built or will it not be built? So, will we have decisions of the council of ministers here as well? If this "allaBerisha" standard is created, the responsibility falls on the prime minister.

What will happen to the incinerators, where do we have VKM again? What will happen to the other concessions? What will happen to sterilization? Why is Beqja saved? Why is Check Up saved? Why are other officials saved?
