Journalist Anila Hoxha has shown what will happen if former Prime Minister Sali Berisha continues to oppose court decisions and does not appear in court hearings.

According to the journalist, this is called opposition and disobedience to the Court's decision, and SPAK will be forced to order the police to forcibly accompany him.

Hoxha said that if there continue to be objections, then a more coercive measure can be taken against Berisha, which goes up to "prison arrest".

" In the event that Berisha objects to implement the court's decision to appear according to the time and days that the court will set, this is called opposition and disobedience to the court's decision.

In one of the previous cases that the Special Court has had such a case, the option is another one that is tougher than the obligation to appear.

SPAK is obliged to order the police that in case Sali Berisha refuses to appear before the judicial police, he is obliged to be forcibly escorted by the police.

If, repeatedly after several times, Berisha refuses to appear, I cannot say that the court will proceed to an even more coercive decision, such as the measure of arrest and imprisonment.
