The State Police has landed in the "Partizani" complex to seize the properties of Sali Berisha's son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi.
A day ago, the court left Jamarbër Malltez in prison and ordered "house arrest" for Fatmir Bektashi as they are accused of privatizing the former "Partizani" complex.
The session originally started at 13:30 yesterday, but was then postponed for 2 hours, because the judges asked for more time to familiarize themselves with the file. The lawyers have submitted 45 pages of legal submissions.
Jamarbër Malltezi will remain in prison until a decision of the Special Court.
The Special Prosecutor's Office says that he committed corruption. According to the Prosecution, Malltezi and Bekteshi are accused of money laundering. The lawyer disputed these facts.
