Journalist Neritan Sejamini has spoken about the accusations against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha from SPAK for passive corruption regarding the privatization of the former Partizani complex.

Invited to the show "The Unexposed" with Ylli Rakip, Sejamini said that for the first time SPAK is saying that a prime minister or a member of the government will bear responsibility for a collective decision of the Council of Ministers.

If Porkuroria will maintain this standard, Sejamini declares that there will be havoc in Albania.

" The government drafts laws. A minister or the prime minister proposes a law, it is approved by the Council of Ministers and goes to the Assembly. So there is a procedure. The government and the Assembly make laws.

Until today, the decisions of the Council of Ministers are collective, so no member is held responsible. Even the Assembly, no one is held responsible.

Now the prosecution is saying for the first time, the prime minister or a member of the government will bear responsibility for a collective decision of the Council of Ministers. Why? Because he says he knows that he started this thing to serve something else.

If I am a citizen and say, the government should give help to thalassemic children, the government listens and makes a law. Is it called clientelistic?

Have these laws served many people or only Berisha's son-in-law? Therefore, if the prosecutor's office is held responsible for these things, this is where havoc is made," said Sejamini. / CNA
