Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has reacted after the decision of GJKKO to interrogate the former prime minister Sali Berisha the next day.
During an interview, Gjokutaj said that he does not understand the decision.
Lawyer Gjokutaj stated earlier that today there was no hearing for Berisha as the decision has not been executed and is illegal.
We recall that Malltezi, the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, was arrested on Saturday evening in Rinas.
The arrest was made by order of SPAK, related to the privatization of the former sports club "Partizani".
Fatmir Bektashi, partner with Malltez and builder of the towers in the former Partizani complex, was also put in handcuffs.
In the meantime, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has imposed an obligation to appear and a ban on leaving the country for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha on the charge of passive corruption committed in cooperation./ CNA
