Akuzat për korrupsion/ Berisha sqaron: Rama ndërroi destinacionin

Ish kryeministri Sali Berisha

Ish kryeministri Sali Berisha ka sqaruar se ka qenë kryeministri Edi Rama, ai që ka ndryshuar destinacion nga terrene sportive në terrene ndërtimi  për truallin tek ish kompleksi Partizani.

Berisha ka nënvizuar se në momentin që Rama ka mësuar se Jamarbër Malltezi ishte bashkëinvestitor dhe dhëndri i Sali Berishës e anuloi lejen e ndërtimit.

“Në vitin 2006 Edi Rama ndërron destinacioinin nga terrene sportive në terrene ndërtimi ku thotë e ka humbur funksionin e vet prandaj po e kthej në zonë urbane. Toka ishte e tëra e njohur e kthyer.

Pas vitit 2004 me atë ligj shteti detyroi tu pagunte qira pronarëve me çmimin e tregut.

Toka ishte e lirë sepse kishte dregaduar. Çfarë bëmë ne duke patur parasysh se terrenet sportive ishin të shumta, ishin toka private. I vetmi ndryshim që bëmë e focuam ligjin.

Nëse pronari nuk e blen dot ne përcaktuam që ajo jepet me koncesion duke ruajtur destinacionin. Destiancioinin ia ndryshoi Rama. Mendon se unë hyra tek Rama, për të ndryshuar destinacionin”, tha ish kryeministri Berisha./ CNA
