“Të ndiqet udha e drejtë”/ Boçi për Berishën: Kërkon të zbatohet Kushtetuta

Nënkryetari i PD-së, Luçiano Boçi ka komentuar vendimin e SPAK për masën ndaj ish kryeministrit Sali Berisha, thirrjen e tij për tu marrë në pyetje dhe kundërshtimin e vendimit nga ana e ish kryeministrit.

Në një intervistë, Boçi ka deklaruar se duhet të ndiqet rruga e drejtë dhe procedurat në lidhje me ish kryeministrin Berisha, ashtu siç është ndjekur në rastin e Bllakos apo ish zëvendëkryeministrit Arben Ahmetaj.

Ai nënvizon se Berisha ka marrë një vendim të fortë që të zbatohet Kushtetuta.

“Të ndiqet udha e drejtë, nuk ka arsye pse mos të hiqet. Në të gjitha rastet është ndjekur procedura. Pse duhet të bëhet kaq shumë debat në një vendim të fortë të Berishës për të ndjekur Kushtetutën. Berisha ka kërkuar të mos ketë imunitet por Rama nuk e pranoi”, tha Boçi./ CNA
