Juristi Kreshnik Spahiu ka deklaruar se ish kryeministri Sali Berisha rrezikon të mos zgjidhet deputet në vitin 2025.
Në emisionin “Now” me moderatoren Erla Mëhilli, Spahiu është shprehur se sipas ligjit të dekriminalizimit, nëse ndaj një subjekti është marrë një masë sigurimi, siç është detyrimi për paraqitje, këtij subjekti nuk i lejohet të kandidojë apo të përzgjidhet në çdo organ apo funksion tjetër drejtues.
“Berisha rrezikon në dy aspekte proceduriale. Aspekti i parë lidhet me ligjin për dekriminalizimin, votuar nga Partia Demokratike disa vjet më parë dhe i propozuar nga kjo parti, që në lidhje me integritetin e zyrtarëve të zgjedhur, i heq mundësinë në vitin 2025, zotit Berisha të kandidojë për deputet sepse në ligjin për integritetin e zyrtarëve të zgjedhur, nëse ndaj një subjekti është marrë një masë sigurimi, siç është detyrimi për paraqitje, këtij subjekti nuk i lejohet të kandidojë apo të përzgjidhet në çdo organ apo funksion tjetër drejtues./ CNA
