The deputy of the Democratic Party, Oerd Bylykbashi, spoke about the report made by the former prime minister Sali Berisha to the judge, Irena Gjoka.
He said that there is a criminal report for violation of the Constitution, therefore there is also a report against her.
According to Bylykbashi, prosecutors can mislead. According to him, the concept of justice has been distorted in this country.
"It has been requested that a criminal complaint has been filed against her for abuse of office. Prosecutors can be misleading. Here in this country, the concept of justice has been distorted. Justice is done by the court. The one who has the procedure code is the judge. He sees if something needs to be applied. The first thing the judge has is the Constitution. In 2017, the criminal procedure code was changed. This is a report that was made by Mr. Berisha after the judge gave value to the violation of the prosecutors and said yes we can bypass the Parliament. There is a criminal report for violation of the Constitution, therefore there is also a report against her. we have requested that the judge leave the proceedings. I am facing a flagrant violation of the constitution," said Bylykbashi./ CNA
