After the resolution, the draft decision on the establishment of the anti-SPAK

On Thursday, in the next parliamentary session that will start at 10:00, it is expected that the way will be opened for the establishment of the Anti-SPAK Commission.

"The draft decision "On the establishment of the Special Commission for Deepening Reforms for Good Governance, Rule of Law and Anticorruption for Albania 2030 in the European Union".

(In support of Article 24 and Article 55 of the Regulation, simple majority of votes for approval)", is one of the items on Thursday's agenda.

The anti-SPAK commission will be headed by Fatmir Xhafaj and aims to monitor, control and hinder the work of SPAK.

This comes after SPAK has investigated and put behind bars officials, former ministers, krybashikas and directors in handcuffs, as well as investigating the hottest files, such as that of the Tirana incinerator and the 5D file.
