"After 3 decades, I enter the RTSH building"/ How Linda Rama remembers

Linda Rama, wife of Prime Minister Edi Rama, recently gave an interview on RTSH, on the show "Aromë Gruaje".

At the beginning of the conversation with moderator Ina Kollçaku, Linda Rama shared the emotions she experienced as she entered the RTSH building after 3 decades.

Mrs. Rama shared with the public through the interview how she remembers the RTSH building, emphasizing that television is part of her life and she experienced many emotions when she set foot in this building again after almost 30 years.

"I enter the building of the Albanian Public Television, Albanian Public Radio Television, after 3 decades. It could be exactly 3 decades with a difference of months. I was here in 1995 to explain the massive privatization scheme, which was led by me, in a communication with the journalist who covered economic issues.

The communication was live, because there was also intervention from the public, let's say, the people interested in the privatization process, because it was a massive process. I also went and visited the studio. I remembered it very well. I remembered the corridor, I remembered the small lobby. I also remembered the studio, which was a large studio. And the director Vasilika accompanied me there and this building is a building, in my opinion, filled with emotions. They dominate it.

While I think that the presence of Radio-Television, in my life is very early. It is probably before I started school, maybe 5 years old, 6 years old, because of my uncle, Hasan Basha, who was in the first television teams, radio television, sound technician, along with the other group of guys, as we knew them in my house; Petraqi, Shefki Petrela, all the trainees. Gëzim Kallfa, Lul Balla the cameraman, Besnik Shima, some of whom have actually left memories among us. All those figures who were in our yard, who we communicated with, woke me up.

"Television was there with us, with all the events that were happening, and we also had a house very close to the television. My parents' house, my grandparents' house, is at the Artistic High School. So television is part of my life and I was very excited when I stepped foot here after so many years, even when I experienced that first moment," said Linda Rama./ CNA
