The head of SPAK, in his report to the Parliament, was asked by the opposition about the security measures against the leader of the Democratic Party Berisha and why they are not changing.

Dumani stated that the security measure was ordered by the court and it is the court that changes the security measure.

This issue, said Dumani, is not within the jurisdiction of the prosecution.

" This security measure was imposed by a court decision and it is the court that can decide to terminate the security measure. It is not within the prosecutor's office's jurisdiction to decide to terminate the security measure ," said Dumani.
