The Democratic Party has reacted to the absence of two of its representatives, Tomor Alizoti and Klevis Balliu, in the delegation of the Speaker of the Parliament during the visit to Germany.

According to the DP, the names of the Democratic Party representatives were intentionally removed to exclude the DP from institutional representation.

Further in its reaction, the DP emphasizes that this behavior does not prevent the opposition from being represented in relations with international partners.

"Niko Peleshi, in an unprecedented act for a Speaker of the Assembly, but repeated by him, has subsequently decided without any reason to exclude the largest opposition group in the Assembly from the official delegation of the Albanian Parliament to the Bundestag. The names of the representatives of the Democratic Party were deliberately removed to exclude the DP from institutional representation.

Unfortunately, this decision shows how light years away from the democratic standards of the German Bundestag the leadership of the parliamentary majority is today.

Treating the opposition as an enemy does not undo the main problem of this majority: connections with organized crime and the protection of corruption through votes in Parliament. And while they talk about membership in Europe, the most fruitful negotiations are conducted with the hawks of stolen watches across Europe or by cooperating with the most dangerous criminal organizations in the country! ", says the reaction of the DP parliamentary group.

However, the opposition has continued its meetings in the Bundestag and in the German Federal Government, at the highest levels, previously planned.
