Through the tenders in Water, Sewerage and Green-Cleaning, '5D construction', which has changed its name 3 times, has benefited according to the balance sheets of the KKB, about 6.7 billion old lek from the budget.

Exactly one year after the establishment of the company, Eduard Meta sells 75 percent of the shares at a negligible price to the citizen Muhamet Petriti, and two years after the establishment, i.e. in 2018, he started getting his hands on public money.
