Activist Adriatik Lapaj in a post on social networks states that Tirana Municipality is the most corrupt institution in the country. Taking the trigger from the recent arrests of directors in this municipality, Lapaj emphasizes that SPAK should go to Erion Veliaj, who should be brought to justice.

On Thursday, by order of SPAK, 2 directors of Tirana Municipality were arrested, Mariglen Qato, former director of Support Services at UKT Tirana and Redi Molla, former director of Tirana Water and Sewerage. Meanwhile, SPAK has issued another arrest warrant for Taulant Tusha.

The latter is behind bars for the affair in the Tirana incinerator, while the latest arrest warrant comes within the "5D" file - 5 Directors.
