CNA has revealed other details of the mass arrests in the Municipality of Tirana, by order of SPAK.
Sources told CNA that a total of 9 arrest warrants have been issued, within the 5 D file.
Two directors have been arrested, another is behind bars, while 6 other officials have been placed under "obligation to appear".
It is learned that the first person to be handcuffed is Redjan Molla and then Mariglen Qato.
At this moment, it is reported that Qato is at home, but has been placed in handcuffs by order of the Special Prosecutor's Office./ CNA
