"They told me you are persona non grata for what you have done"/ Hoxha

Journalist Artan Hoxha, invited to Top Channel, spoke about today's incident at the Greek border where he was informed that he had been declared "non grata" by the neighboring country.

Hoxha stated that this decision was a summation of his reports.

Further, the journalist stated that Greek border agents told him that he had been declared undesirable by Greece for what he had done.

 

" In this specific case, there had been a tally of reports for years and the visa was finally issued. It took this situation for them to hand over the bill. As soon as I presented myself at the Greek counter, they started speaking Albanian. When they entered my passport into the system, they said you have a problem. They told me to step aside a bit, go to the second line. They didn't give me my passport. The migration officer asked me about my parents, since there are 186 Artan Hoxha in Albania. He told me you had anti-Greek attitudes. Then he changed it, they kept me for 15 minutes without explaining. They took my fingerprints, they told me it was a procedure.

"They told me you will leave Greek territory because you are an undesirable person for what you have done. I signed a form, just a formality. They did not give me any information," said Hoxha.
