In defense of SPAK prosecutors/ US trains 8 Guard members in Budapest

The United States, as part of its program to combat organized crime, has provided high-level tactical training to eight members of the Republican Guard.

As announced through a post on social media by the American Embassy in Tirana, the training took place at the United States International Law Enforcement Academy in the city of Budapest.

This training provides tactical equipment and regular training with individuals who care about the security of justice officials in Albania.

“The United States helps protect those who help us fight organized crime. Recently, eight members of the Republican Guard, who provide protection services to Albanian government officials, including SPAK prosecutors, completed high-level tactical training from the U.S. Secret Service at the United States International Law Enforcement Academy in Budapest. The United States Embassy in Albania also provides tactical equipment and is proud to conduct regular training with the courageous individuals who keep justice officials in Albania safe,” the post emphasized. /CNA
