The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Sokol Sadushi, delivered his speech after a meeting with all the judges of the country. Sadushi said that the declaration adopted today is an act of dignity.

He further added that this meeting should be a starting point for a change in the way the courts react or work.

"We have not gathered to share pain, but to turn it into responsibility. We have often spoken about the lack of security, the lack of conditions and the silence that has often left us defenseless. The declaration we have just adopted is an act of dignity. Dear colleagues, at these moments I would like to pause for a moment to honor the memory of Judge Astrit Kalaja. Today we have taken the first necessary step, we have spoken the truth without gloves. This meeting should be a starting point for a real change in the way we react or how we work" , said the head of the Supreme Court./CNA
