Suspected of ordering the kidnapping of a person/ SPAK 52 bank accounts, 32

The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, pursuant to decision no. 622, dated 3.10.2025 of the Special Court, issued on the same day the order for the imposition of the "preventive seizure" measure on 3 commercial entities, 7 apartments, 6 commercial units, 32 vehicles, including a Lamborghini Urus and a Rolls Royce Cullinan, and 52 bank accounts, directly or indirectly owned by the persons under investigation, within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 177 of 2025.

The total value of the seized assets is estimated to be approximately 5 million euros.

Commercial entities for which "preventive seizure" has been imposed:

“Monopol sh.pk”, with sole partner AK and administrator KK. The entity was registered on 26.05.2025, “Myslym Shyri” Street;
“AK PF”, trade name “Monopol Bar Lounge 24 ore”, entity registered on 28.02.2020, Myslym Shyri Street;
The commercial entity “Elite Event sh.pk”, where AK is the sole partner and at the same time the administrator, entity registered on 26.02.2025, Myslym Shyri Street;

Apartment with an area of ??143 m², located on Myslym Shyri Street, Tirana
Apartment with an area of ??137.66 m², located on Myslym Shyri Street, Tirana

The 52 bank accounts in second-tier banks are owned by the following entities: Zh.Xh-I, Zh.Xh-I (natural person), SL, SALOU Rental, Monopol Exchange, LK, LK (natural person), KK, Elite Event, AK and AK (natural person).

The General Directorate of the State Police and the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets have been tasked with executing the decision of the Special Court. Continued...
