RELEASE AND APPOINTMENT OF THE PREFECT OF THE DISTRICT OF FIERI
In support of Articles 100 and 114 of the Constitution and Article 5 of Law No. 107/2016, “On the District Prefect”, as amended, upon the proposal of the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
1. Mr. Arben Çuko, prefect of the Fier District, is relieved of this duty.
2. Mr. Anduel Xhindi is appointed prefect of the Fier District.
This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette"./CNA
