Journalist Mentor Kikia spoke today about the candidates Ogerta Manastirliu and Florian Binaj who will compete for the leadership of the largest municipality in the country, that of Tirana. In a television appearance, Kikia said that Manastirliu is a traditional candidate and a politician with many years of career.
