Të enjten është shtyrë seanca në Gjykatën e Posaçme ndaj Laert Haxhisë. Shkak është bërë mungesa e dëshmitarit të fundit të akuzës Arsen Xhuti.
Sipas gjykatës vetë i arrestuari që ndodhet me Greqi ka refuzuar të marrë njoftimin për seancën nga oficeri i kontaktit, por gjykimi do të vazhdojë në mungesë të tij.
Ky vendim ka shkaktuar debat në seancë me avokatin Detar Hysi i cili ka pretenduar se nuk mund të vazhdoje mbrojtjen pa miratimin e klientit pasi ishte zgjedhur vetem nga babai i tij.
Seanca e radhës është caktuar të mbahet në 19 tetor ora 14:00 ku do të njoftohet edhe njëherë dëshmitari i akuzës./CNA
