The competition for 3 vacancies in the Special Prosecutor's Office has been open for 14 days.

The media reports that the first person who submitted the documents to SPAK for the vacant position is Albert Kuliçi.

He was a prosecutor in Vlora, while he is currently a prosecutor in Tirana.

4 years ago, in the early hours of the morning of December 21, 2019, he fell victim to an assassination attempt. A quantity of tritol exploded in Albert Kulic's car.

The High Prosecution Council described the event as a pure terrorist attack and promised protection for the prosecutor and his family.

As the main main track where the investigations were focused was his work as a prosecutor, but until today there is no author for this event and it is not known how the investigations went.
