On Wednesday, the Council of Ministers decided to use the "Vila 31 Government Residence", which was the home of dictator Enver Hoxha, for a cultural project.
According to the decision, some premises of this building will be used for the realization of the cultural project "Vila Art Rezidence Tirana".
In VKM it is clarified that the implementation of the project will be done by the Ministry of Culture, which will take over only the electricity and water supply fees, as well as the cost of maintenance and treatment of these premises during the entire period of putting them into use./ CNA
