Manja makes Basha's soldier for 1 lek: You have not once gone to the courts

Minister Ulsi Manja made the soldier of Lulzim Basha, Enkelejd Alibeaj, for 1 lek.

As it is clear that they are against the Criminal Amnesty law, Manja addresses Alibeaj that he has not gone to the doors of the courts once and no longer cares about the protesters.
