During his report to the High Prosecution Council, Altin Dumani emphasized that SPAK prosecutors have turned into manual laborers, since they do everything themselves and the help they receive is scarce. 

He emphasized that there is no need to have doubts about the work of SPAK prosecutors, since they control parallely from a number of institutions. 

"Everywhere in the world, prosecutors control the work of investigators, we do the research ourselves. We have turned into manual workers, without wanting to give a negative connotation to their work. We do everything ourselves. The Special Prosecutor's Office is one of the most controlled and more monitored. We are controlled by judges. We are controlled every day for our integrity. We are monitored by you as KLP. The head of SPAK reports to the Assembly, to the Integration commissions, ILDKPI controls us. We are the most controlled people and not there is a danger when we are controlled by other institutions", said Dumani./ CNA
