Murrizi attacks SPAK, evokes the time of "communist" Arben Kraja

Former deputy Myslim Murrizi reacted today, regarding the report of the head of the Special Prosecution, Altin Dumani, to the High Council of Prosecution.

Murrizi in his writing has evoked the time when the charge institution was headed by a "communist" as he calls himself, Arben Kraja.

The former deputy has attacked SPAK and its head, for some of the problems that Duman presented in his speech before the KLP.

Below is the reaction of Myslim Murriz:

"I was very surprised today with his 4 statements by the head of SPAK Mr. Altin Dumani during the reporting in KLP

We do not cooperate with the police for organized crime, he says that there are individuals within the police, especially at high management levels, connected to the world of crime!!!!!!!

But why don't you prosecute them and why don't you arrest these Altin leaders???

Especially since you know who these high-level police leaders are.

That I don't believe that you have talked in vain as journalists or analysts often do in TV studios to make news????

And I definitely believe that you have come out of the eavesdropping of 3335 people that you carried out during the year 2023 or from the 1899 people of the world of crime!

There are a total of about 20 individuals in Altin's senior leadership in the State Police

Who are you afraid of that you don't arrest those who collaborate with crime???

Are you afraid of crime where they are shareholders or of Rama and Balla who are in charge of the ordinary State Police who work on behalf of the world of organized crime???

The General Director of the State Police is Mr. Muhamet Rrumbullaku.

Deputy Director of the State Police are Mr. Sokol Bizhga and Mr. Rebani Jaupi for order, Mr. Neritan Nallbati for crimes and Mr. Sajmir Boshnjaku for the border.

The police director for organized crime is Mr. Mond Rizai.

The director of the operation that follows, remembers, investigates and listens in an environmental way is Mr. Vilson Bala

The director of anti-terror in the general directorate of the State Police is Mr. Alban Dautaj.

The police directors in 12 districts of Altin are: Tonin Voci in Tirana, Edmond Sulaj in Shkoder, Artan Bajraktari in Kukes, Alfred Elezi in Lezhe, Dhimitraq Ziu in Diber, Skender Hida in Durres, Ilir Proda in Elbasan, Lorenc Panganika in Fier, Kastriot Skenderaj in Berat, Gjovalin Loka in Korçe, Ermal Muça in Vlora, Ardian Çipa in Gjirokaster

Which of these are you afraid of Mr. Duman????

Which, or how many of these are accused or collaborators with organized crime, Mr. Dumani, that you are afraid to cooperate because you do not believe???

Ne KLP je per te dhene llogari sepse KLP eshte eprori juaj jo organ ne vartesine tuaj, dhe ndjej keq ardhje per nenshtrimin e turpshem te 11 antareve te KLP qe nuk ju ulen me kembe ne toke e me bythe ne ate karrike qe ju kane emeruar, por per interesa te ngushta personale rrinin sikur i kishe thirrur per ti mare ne pyetje

Nga i gjithe raportimi Juaj sot Altin me befasuan kater deklarata tuaja te cilat ne rastin me dashamires do ti quaja mungese profesionalizmi te theksuar ose delirantizem, dhe ne rastin me te keq arrrogance harbute jashte çdo norme te lejuar

Ju deklaruat qe Gjykata ben çfare kerkoni ju, dhe kjo eshte diktature komuniste dhe humbje e sovranitetit te Republikes Parlamentare e shnderrimi ne Republike Prokuroresh qe eshte antikushtetuese hapur ose grusht Shteti ndaj Kushtetutes dhe Institucioneve

Per kete duhet te mblidhet urgjent komisioni parlamentar i ligjeve dhe i sigurise Kombetare dhe duhet te shoh me detaje shkeljen brutale te Kushtetutes dhe te reagoj ligjerisht menjehere.

Ju deklaruat qe keni dijeni per drejtues te larte te policise qe kane lidhje me boten e krimit dhe mos reagimi ne baze te ligjit per organin e akuzes dhe kodit penal ju ngarkon direkt me pergjegjesi penale dhe te gjithe drejtuesit e policise kane te drejte tju padisin per shpifje publikisht dhe cenim moral te dinjitetit te tyre

Ju deklaruat qe ka rene numri i kallezimeve prane SPAKUT nga institucionet Shteterore, pra po pranoni qe ju hetoni vetem çfare ju sjellin nderkohe qe detyre qe ju ngarkon ligji eshte fillimi i hetimeve kryesisht si primare pastaj çfare denoncojne institucionet, qytetaret,politikanet apo gazetaret, sepse SPAKU nuk eshte si dogana e Gazhelit qe pret kush “maune” vjen tek trau qe ti mari taksen 20%

As you asked the KLP in the middle of your mandate, that the prosecutors have the right to be re-elected for another 9 years when only the Parliament has this competence, which should change the Constitution, but which openly shows that each of you is thinking as of today that where will you be in 4 years?

And this shows that you, as SPAK, have started to think politically about who will be in power in 4-5 years, what will be your fate in your career, that's why we see silence towards big bullies and shows with directors in prison

As a former member of parliament who voted for justice reform laws, taking political costs upon myself, I wish they had been "distracted" from emotions in front of the KLP or the cameras, otherwise it would make me "ask" for forgiveness from the former investigator and the candidate for deputy to the communist youth Arben Kraje."/ CNA
