This afternoon at 18:00, the Tirana-Partizani derby will be played at the "Arena Kombëtare" stadium. The police have also published a plan of measures to guarantee order and security before, during and after the football match.
The announcement below also lists the road segments that will be blocked.
Also, in implementation of the plan of measures, it is announced that fans will be checked for illegal items (hard objects, water bottles, umbrellas, metal keys or pyrotechnics, etc.) before entering the stadium.

Tirana Police has taken all measures to guarantee order and security, before, during and after the football match between the teams "KF Tirana" and "Partizani", which will take place today, at 18:00, at the "Arena Kombëtare" stadium.
The road segments that will be blocked, from 4:00 PM until the end of the activity, are "Mother Teresa" Square, "Lekë Dukagjini" Street, "Dervish Hima" Street and the areas around the "Air Albania" Stadium.
The fan routes will be as follows:
– The movement of Tirana fans will be: Starting in front of the “Puppet Theater” on the “Martyrs of the Nation” boulevard, returning to the ETC, then towards “Papa John Paul 2” street and heading to the stadium;
– The movement of Partizan fans will take place: from the intersection of “Muhamet Gjollesha” street, “Vasil Shanto” bridge, the intersection of “Komuna e Parisit” street, “Sulejman Delvina” street, Libri Univeristar, Presidenza and then head to the stadium entrances.
The police will guarantee and ensure the movement of fans along designated routes and will not allow fans to gather or pass outside the designated route.
In accordance with the plan of measures, rigorous checks will be carried out on fans before entering the stadium for illegal items (hard objects, water bottles, umbrellas, metal keys or pyrotechnics, etc.). Each fan must be equipped with an identification document.
Citizens without identification documents will not be allowed to enter the stadium, and children under the age of 16, even if they may have tickets, will not be allowed without the presence of a parent or guardian (accompanied by a document).
All fans who have been identified by the Police as problematic fans at various sporting events will not be allowed to enter the stadium.
Tirana Police requests the understanding of the respective fan clubs for the implementation of the above measures, as well as the understanding of citizens to avoid driving on the aforementioned road segments during the specified times. / CNA
