Prosecutor Adnan Xholi

Prosecutor Adnan Xholi is the first candidate who submitted the request to become part of the race for the new head of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime.

Joli has been working in the justice system for 20 years. Last year he passed the vetting and from July 2021 he joined the team of special prosecutors of SPAK.

Previously, he held leadership positions in the local prosecutor's office, and for many years he was a prosecutor at the former Prosecutor's Office for Serious Crimes.

Në janar të vitit 2018  me ndryshimet e kryera në organin e akuzës nga kryeprokurorja e përkohshme, Arta Marku, prokurori Xholi u emërua në krye të  Drejtorisë Gjyqësore.

Prokurori Xholi, njihet edhe si prokurori që urdhëroi arrestimin e dy deputetëve, Tom Doshi dhe Mark Frroku.

Kjo i përket aspektit profesional, ndërsa sa i përket aspektit pasuror, edhe prokurori Adnan Xholi rezulton pa shtëpi dhe me kredi.

Sipas Birn, Adnan Xholi ka deklaruar një pasuri familjare me vlerë 300 mijë lekë në vitin 2003, viti i parë i deklarimit të pasurisë për zyrtarët publikë. Referuar deklaratës së parë, Xholi nuk dispononte prona të patundëshme ndërsa pasuria e tij përbëhej nga një autoveturë me vlerë 300 mijë lekë e siguruar me të ardhurat nga paga.

This property consists of an apartment bought with a loan in 2005, liquidity in the bank in the amount of 3.8 million ALL and cash liquidity in the amount of 16 million ALL. Xholi also has vehicles worth 1.1 million ALL.

For the declaration period 2007-2017, Xholi and his family have declared total income in the amount of 27 million ALL, of which, nearly 20 million ALL are income from the prosecutor's salary and 5.7 million ALL from his wife's salary./ BA - CNA.al
