The Court of Appeal has decided to postpone the hearing on the closure of the Turkish kindergarten "Zybejde Hanem". The hearing will take place on November 9.
According to the lawyer, a request was made for the annulment of the decision to close the kindergarten and the dismissal of the judge.
The lawyer emphasized that the judge had earlier asked to waive the case.
"Today, a hearing was scheduled for the review of our request, since the same request was presented earlier and today it was the same judge who referred the request, we requested that this judge be dismissed and another one be elected. To be determined by lot, the judge will consider our request. Today is the 13th day and we are still without a decision from this court", said the lawyer. /CNA.al
