The diplomat, Agim Nesho, has reacted regarding the conditionality of freedom to former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, as well as the arrest of the latter's son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, regarding the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.

Nesho says this is the latest act of a corrupt regime that has nothing to do with democracy.

The diplomat says that the command political justice wants to hit and divide the opposition, but in fact it is destroying itself.

Yesterday's event about the unconstitutional restraint of the opposition leader, Sali Berisha, and the attempts to charge him with an offense of passive corruption by a command justice, is the latest act of a corrupt regime that has nothing to do with with democracy.

The only institution, which in public opinion still had individuals who believed it was functioning independently, was used politically to hit the opposition leader. The justice system failed, not when it tried to involve the leader of the opposition in a passive corruption affair, but when it filed charges against the citizen Malltezi and the businessman Bektashi who 15 years ago had collaborated to develop a private property alienated by the initiative of the Socialist government and approved by the Mayor of Tirana, Edi Rama.

How much these citizens have earned, in compliance with state institutional rules, is not in the public interest. Moreover, if there was something illegal, the prosecution had decades of time to bring this case to justice.

That justice is proving day by day that it is commanded by the political power of the Renaissance is not something unknown. It is powerless and impotent to protect the public interest from the rampant and open corruption of a regime that is squandering public property and openly profiting from the people's wealth. They surround Rama's associates, but dare not strike the man who directs everything; they attack the indirect influences of Berisha but forget the personalized laws of Rama, not even decreed by the President of the Republic; they are afraid to investigate for 500 million misuse of incinerators, PPP in medicine, etc., they are taking more percentage than the citizen Malltezi has earned from co-ownership; they are afraid to investigate the corruption affair of the Port of Durrës and the shell companies connected to the government, but you are interested in hitting the opposition with political acts.

It has been ten years since this justice has found nothing for the leader of the opposition and closes its eyes when Albania is undone by the gluttony of the Renaissance. This justice is losing citizenship from the political way of commanding the regime, which in its destructive philosophy has the elimination of opposition leaders, historical figures of Albania, to pave the way for the establishment of a dictatorial regime.

The arrest of Malltez at the airport premises, the arrival of the State Police at the premises of the DP headquarters, as well as the performance of this act only one day after the opposition announced its irreversible opposition action, show that yesterday's action was a function of a show to defeat the opposition but also to provoke it. Today, when national interests are being sold openly, when Kosovo is at a crossroads, when Albania is being sold and abandoned en masse, the command political justice wants to hit and divide the opposition. But in fact it is destroying itself.
