"Leave your hands with me"/ Klodiana Lala "collides" with
Klodiana Lala and Flamur Noka

A fierce debate took place between the journalist Klodiana Lala and the general secretary of the DP, Flamur Noka.

The debate started because of the accusations raised by SPAK against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi.

Noka opposed SPAK's claims, calling them a political attack, while Lala declared that the opposition has a battle with the prosecutors and not with him, so the democratic deputy should not address her in harsh tones.

Excerpts from the debate:

Noka:  Everything is a political attack. No one can deny that. Despite the fact that the Renaissance propaganda tries to spread smoke and introduce the issue into procedural channels, the issue is political. Malltezi is the man who started the battle against the incinerators.

The attack comes at a time when Berisha is learning a lot about the issue of incinerators and revealing facts that the SKAP party is hiding. Today Albania has a private state and SKAP is a tool in the hands of the private state to fight the opponent. Everything is aimed at liquidating the opposition and creating a mercenary-opposition. The Constitution prevails over any other kind of procedure, say Claude.

Lala:  You said that to the prosecutor, not me. Why doesn't Berisha know the Court's decision, not me. Don't make me political. I am a journalist. I have reported on both incinerators and sterilization.

Noka:  You are full of illegality, but listen to me. The Constitution states in Article 72 that the MP cannot be deprived of his freedom without going through the procedure that must be notified to the Assembly. When Tahiri was arrested, we as the opposition demanded that the MPs not have immunity. It was Rama and the revivalists behind him who blocked the removal of immunity. I tell the lady that the Constitution prevails.

Lala:  You don't have a life with me.

Noka:  O lady, I have heard you a lot now, listen to me because you have invited me.

Lala:  You can't raise your voice as you traditionally do. It is impossible for me to scream while Mr. Noka screams in parallel with me.

Noka:  No, you are listening to me now.

Lala:  You don't set the rules now.

Noka:  Don't make fun of the regime and Edi Rama.

Lala:  Oh, don't tell me exactly the regime, leave your hands with me. Take the insulting words back.

Noka:  Don't make a noise. Berisha does not sign the court's decision that it is unconstitutional. It was signed in violation of article 38 and 72 of the constitution. This is a political attack and the answer will be political. That privatization was initiated by the government of Fatos Nano.

Lala:  I said it, but you don't listen to what we say.

Noka:  You have spoken for an hour, listen to me now. The SP government has started privatization. It was Edi Rama, not Sali Berisha, who turned it from a sports ground into a plot of land./ CNA
