A storm and flooding are expected in Lezhë, the municipality appeals to the citizens

The municipality of Lezha has called on the citizens to be careful, as heavy rains are expected on Saturday evening, which could also cause flooding.

The municipality says that the Emergency Services will be ready to intervene in case of emergency. 

"The Municipality of Lezha, in connection with the data received from the Meteorological Service, informs you that starting from tonight after 24:00, heavy rains are expected! It is predicted that there will be thunderstorms and flooding as a result of the high amount of rain. The Emergency Services of the Municipality of Lezha will be ready at night to intervene in any problematic case! In addition to the measures that we will take, we ask the residents to notify in real time in case of emergency on the phone number: +355 68 331 2049", the announcement of the municipality says. /CNA
