Civil Society & Associations of Prisoners and Politically Persecuted Albanians have sent a letter to the Assembly where they show concern about the political decisions of the parliamentary parties, denying the right to compete and vote to those who come from the anti-communist and formerly persecuted political strata representing the real right-wing electorate.

They appeal to the majority, as they have been waging class war against Besim Ndregjon for 5 years in a row. They say they cannot allow a class war in a democratic system.

In the letter addressed to Kuvernd, it is called to condemn the class political decisions of the parties that violate the rights and freedoms of the human being enshrined in the Constitution.

Letter to the Assembly:

The Civil Society & Associations of Political Prisoners and Persecuted of Albania, took the initiative today to address you to the members of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania, and show our boundless concern for a development as unexpected as it is unforgivable with the political decisions of Parliamentary parties denying you the right to compete and to vote the capacities that come from the anti-communist strata of former persecuted politicians who represent the real right-wing electorate. Today's situation in Albania is quite disturbing. We have three decades since our institutions have not allowed and promoted the anti-communist capacities that come from the strata of the politically persecuted. The Constitution of Albania gives the Albanian citizen the right to run for the Institutions, but the Albanian political parties violate the constitution with their political decisions, choosing the political militant and not the contributor and politicize the institutions, and today, after 32 years, the political parties have not built a state of law for which Albanian society needs.

Parliamentary political parties do not value the vote, we delegitimize it by not allowing MPs to vote freely. But they implement political decisions in party interests in the service of power. These decisions are in complete contradiction with international legislation on human rights and freedoms. The parliament votes for those who have served to violate human rights and freedoms in the dictatorship, and those who faced the dictatorship are still treated as "Enemies of the Party" unfortunately and by those who have taken the mandate from the anti-communists, former political persecuted.

Civil society and the Associations of Political Prisoners are running for the position of People's Advocate, a high personality of the protection of human rights and freedoms, former political persecutor Besim NDREGJONIN. A powerful voice in defense of the rights of the politically persecuted, an intellectual bringing peace, and a fighter against hatred. Pinjoll of a family that faced three dictatorships, the fascist dictatorship where his father fought on April 7, 1939, the Nazi dictatorship protecting a Jewish family of 7, of Emanuel Ruben and the communist dictatorship where this dictatorship shot three members of the family, the grandfather, the uncle . 18 year old grandson. He drowned them in

Hetusi his two uncles. He sentenced his father to 17 years in political prison as an agent of the Anglo-Americans. And the uncle with 7 years in prison. The puppets of the dictatorship in Albania are voted. Those who survived the dictatorship, and experienced in their families inhumane crimes such as murder, imprisonment, death in Hetusi, as experienced by the family of our candidate Ndregjoni, are not accepted! We, the former political prisoners of ten years in the extermination camp of Spaç, and Burrel, as participants of the Spaç revolt, and on behalf of the Associations of the Politically Persecuted, as well as the civil society, make a national appeal to the Members of the Assembly of Albania! Not political decisions that damage democracy and human rights and freedoms, but implementation of the constitution!

Political decisions are a class war in a democratic system, which deprive the anti-communists of the former political persecutions of the right to lead the constitutional institutions and contribute to the construction of the rule of law. Allow us to be a free citizen, with fair chances. Our candidacies democratize institutions, not politicize them. We appeal to the 59 MPs of the opposition: Make democracy by voting and not by political decisions. Your vote does not serve an individual, but the cause and contributions to the construction of the rule of law. We appeal to the majority, you have been waging class war against Besim Ndregjoni for 5 years in a row. Enough is enough, we cannot allow a class war in a democratic system. We appeal to the majority and the opposition not to disrupt the balance of society with political decisions, because you will bear national responsibility.

The burden falls on you to become a co-fighter with us, to condemn political agreements by small groups of deputies, which are made in personal, narcissistic, party, clientelistic interests for friends and comrades and not at all institutional, respect the mandate you received with our vote to serving Albanians and the right-wing electorate. We invite the MPs to condemn the political decisions to the detriment of the citizens, which lead to hatred, implement the constitution! Vote for the anti-communist for Ombudsman Dr. BesimDRENGEJONI!/ CNA
