"Toe-to-toe with criminals"/ Balla reveals the figures from the "Tempulli" operation: 417 arrested and prosecuted

Interior Minister Taulant Balla has released the figures of arrests and seizure of narcotics during operation "Tempulli" in schools and other public places.

In a post on social networks, Balla announces that during the "Tempulli" operation, a total of 417 people were arrested and processed, and 3.7 kilograms of cocaine, 631 kilograms of cannabis, 50 liters of synthetic drugs and 37 vehicles were seized.

"Every day, near every school and in public areas, the State Police is vigilant, following on foot and arresting criminals/distributors of narcotic and psychotropic substances. The national operation "Tempulli" has intensively followed the whole country, making it possible to arrest/ the criminal proceedings against 417 persons for the production and distribution of various narcotic substances", says the minister./ CNA
