Who signed the arrest warrant for Malltez?

As soon as he arrived at Rinas airport, Jamarbër Malltezi, the member of the National Council of the DP and the son-in-law of the former prime minister Sali Berisha, was arrested by the police.

CNA has learned the name of the prosecutors who signed the arrest warrant for Malltez.

Specifically, the arrest was requested by SPAK prosecutor, Arben Kraja.

Afterwards, the arrest was signed by the investigation group consisting of Kraja, prosecutor Enkeleda Millonai and the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.

GJKKO has also seized the assets of Berisha's son-in-law.

For this file, the investigation group has set some security measures. The former prime minister Sali Berisha was forced to appear due to his age, as well as the builder Fatmir Bektashi./ CNA
