GJKKO seizes the assets of Jamarbë Malltez

The Special Court has seized the assets of Jamarbë Malltez, a member of the National Council of the DP and the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

Malltezi was detained this evening as soon as he arrived at Rinas airport by order of SPAK.

He is accused of privatizing the former Partizani complex.

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, is also in the investigation group for the privatization file of the former Partizani complex.

Also, SPAK has set some security measures for this file. The former prime minister Sali Berisha was forced to appear due to his age, as well as the builder Fatmir Bektashi.

So far, SPAK has not yet come out with an official statement.
