The former deputy, Belind Kelliçi, has reacted regarding the arrest of the son-in-law of former prime minister Sali Berisha, Jamarbër Malltezi, and the condition of Berisha's freedom.

Kelliçi says that the arrest of Jamarbër Malltez is a clear violation of the law, because more than a pure legal investigation, it is clearly a pure political persecution.

Kelliçi sees this arrest as too much noise to divert attention from the incinerator scandal.

According to him, the former investigator of the Kraja dictatorship, who violated the Constitution of the country by restricting the freedom of Sali Berisha without any decision of the Parliament of Albania, should actually have brought Edi Rama to justice today with evidence and facts together with Erion Veliaj and all their scum who have been robbing public assets and the future of Albanians for 10 years.

The arrest of Jamarbër Malltez is a clear violation of the law, because more than a pure legal investigation, it is clearly a pure political persecution. Not only because he is a family member of Sali Berisha, but because the tyranny of the renaissance has reached such a peak that it begs for a cure, throwing the shackles unjustly on the other side.

A very big noise is needed to remove attention from the incinerator scandal, where the main whistleblower has been Jamarbër Malltezi himself since the first day of making this scandal public, an affair which has just revealed the main creators and beneficiaries, who are called Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj.

I am a supporter of justice and the eradication of impunity without any restrictions. But a justice with a pure political agenda, which is not blind before the law, but keeps one eye open to be in order with power, does not serve the country at all.

Show and spectacle cooked in the media kitchen of the government is a standard that should be rejected with contempt by every citizen. The former investigator of the Kraja dictatorship, who violated the Constitution of the country by restricting the freedom of Sali Berisha without any decision of the Parliament of Albania, should in fact have brought Edi Rama to justice today with evidence and facts together with Erion Veliaj and all their sting that they have been robbing public assets and the future of Albanians for 10 years./ CNA
