There are eight Commissions of Inquiry requested by the opposition and blocked by the majority.

He said that there are decisions of the Constitutional Court which have established the framework within which a Parliamentary Commission can be approved, but this right cannot be abused.

Rama said that in Europe 1 commission is established every 5 years and that this is not the duty of the opposition.

The Constitutional Court in one case in a committee ruled it unconstitutional and showed why it should not have been raised. What will you discover?
