Even in audiovisual media, men make up the highest number of employees. Armela Krasniqi, Chairperson of the Audiovisual Media Authority, published the data for this.

In a post on her Facebook profile, Krasniqi writes that women engaged in Audiovisual Media Service Providers account for almost 1/3 of the total number of employees.  

" Women engaged in OSHMA account for almost 1/3 of the total number of employees. The data collected by operators in the market for 2022, published in the Periodical Bulletin, show that the highest percentage in television, radio and cable is male. "- writes Krasniqi.

In television, the ratio between women and men is 39% and 61%, respectively.

Respectively , on television, the ratio between women and men is 39% to 61%; in radio, 40% of employees are women and 60% men, while in cable the difference is greater, 30% to 70%" - writes the head of AMA.
