The well-known journalist, Artan Hoxha in the show "Opinion" gave other details about the arrest of the head of the drug cartel, Dritan Rexhepi. 

He emphasized that Dritan Rexhepi spoke 5 foreign languages, which he had learned in prisons and not in schools. 

Hoxha said, among other things, that he would like his extradition to take place in Albania, while adding that Rexhepi lived in Istanbul with his wife and children.

"Dritan Rexhepi spoke 5 foreign languages ??and he didn't learn foreign languages ??at school, he learned them in prisons. He has not been given a lawyer and a 90-day deadline has been set for extradition. The lawyer asked to meet Dritan in the prison premises and was told that you will meet him, but we will have the interpreter. The lawyer did not accept and only met Dritan in the courtroom. The wife and children want to return them to Ecuador again", said Hoxha./CNA
