After the publication of the news by CNA , that the former head of SPAK, Arben Kraja has resigned from the investigation for the Tirana incinerator, there was also a reaction from the lawyer of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Genc Gjokutaj. 

In a post on social networks, Gjokutaj says that the Kraja is "a semi-automatic rifle". According to him, Kraja continues the class war with its "investigations" against Berisha, as well as calling the head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta. The lawyer emphasizes that his niece was very close to Erion Veliaj, as she works in the municipality of Tirana, while her uncle was investigating the incinerator. 

"When SPAK was conceived, they were told that candidates were super-controlled up to their family ties! Today, Kraja resigns from the Tirana incinerator case because his niece was very, very close to Mayor Veliaj! In other words, it is indirectly proven that Veliaj is related to the incinerator! And the niece continued while the aunt investigated!  But the evidence in the hands of the niece's aunt Kraja, Erion's veil continued the procedural processing from black evidence to white evidence! What a shame! Meanwhile the niece continues with Mayor Velinë! The case was left without a prosecutor!  But Kraja, the juggernaut of the law, continues the investigation against Berisha with the nerve of the class war and calls Meta into questioning! That's why I wrote about Kraja a few days ago without knowing his corruption and his niece's approach! Kraja a semi-automatic rifle!", says Gjokutaj.

According to the data provided by CNA, it appears that many prosecutors and judges have sheltered their family members, in very important positions in state institutions, municipalities, ministries, etc. The municipality of Tirana has the largest number.

According to data provided by CNA and a group of journalists who have investigated family ties for people in the justice system, it turns out that the niece and nephew of SPAK prosecutor Arben Kraja are employed or have worked in the Municipality of Tirana.

According to official data, it turns out that Entela Lleshi-Kruja, the granddaughter of Mr. Arben Kraja, is an employee of the municipality of Tirana as a person in charge in the public procurement sector, under the authority of citizen Taulant Tushe.
