Jamarbër Malltezi, the son-in-law of Sali Berisha, has published documents with Edi Rama's signature related to the Partizani case.

Malltezi says that SPAK cannot argue any fact about who gave an irregular benefit, to formally raise a suspicion.

According to him, SPAK does not say a single word about where the irregular benefit comes from, neither in this request in the Assembly nor in the Court.

This reaction of Malltez comes after the Council of Mandates voted in favor of removing the immunity as deputy of the former prime minister Sali Berisha.
